Public toilets would be better if you use systems that did not involve paper. Sonic, water, etc. If this fails, 100% recycled paper and to limit the role that draw from everyone who can to encourage less use to be drawn.
Well, if you're lucky and there is actually on paper, especially paper is always cheaper than the rate of start bits, you have to bundle all this catastrophe, that really something that can be cleaned. Extensive takes about three minutes available to the end and half the time and in free fall. But it's nice to have something if necessary. While the paper is clean and not enough space to sit on the toilet without urinating. I can not believe how pubilc are unpleasant and sometimes I wonder if on the seat in the House of Representatives, pee and throwing toilet paper onto the floor and forget to flush.
Advantage: You do not have to lead with TP.
Disadvantage ... Some smart guy played by Alec the end of the paper stuck in the bathroom and bed linen, to prevent the roller is running in the toilet ... Consequence of wasting water and TP TP and people expect to find no end.
