Will Certificates of Deposit interest rates go up or down in the next few years? - best certificate of deposit interest rates

Maybe I can some money for 4 or 5 years to save. When interest rates rise, I go with the 12-month CD. When interest rates fall, you have the lock on a CD of 4 or 5 years. What is your opinion and why?

The Fed raised interest rates again. The country is at war (still provides) for inflation. Unemployment is low and the economy is booming.

The rate will increase.

up. rising interest rates in the short term. If you do not need 5 years, I propose a fund for investing in bonds or stocks and bonds. If you need a CD, I suggest, with 1 or 2 CDs of the year to be able to refresh what most likely at a higher price than in a year.
